Bali-Based Marketing & Operations Specialist (Content Creator + E-commerce) We are looking for a highly capable Bali-based Marketing & Operations Specialist to help us grow several e-commerce brands across Australia, Indonesia, and other international markets. This is a hybrid role combining content creation, marketing, e-commerce operations, supplier coordination, and AI-powered business automation. We are looking for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and can help execute projects from idea to completion. What You’ll Be Doing Content Creation & Marketing * Create short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook. * Film and edit engaging product and lifestyle videos. * Assist with social media growth and community engagement. * Create content using AI tools and modern content workflows. * Help improve website content and marketing campaigns. E-commerce Operations * Manage and fulfil customer orders. * Coordinate with suppliers in China and Southeast Asia. * Work with Alibaba suppliers and logistics partners. * Monitor inventory, shipments, and delivery performance. * Help launch and manage products across multiple marketplaces. Marketplace Management * Work with platforms such as: * Shopify * Tokopedia * Shopee * Lazada * TikTok Shop * Other local and international marketplaces * Optimise product listings and marketplace performance. * Assist with pricing, promotions, and product launches. Business Operations & Automation * Implement AI tools to improve productivity. * Use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Canva AI, and other modern tools. * Create systems and workflows to reduce manual work. * Help automate customer service, marketing, and operational tasks. * Research and implement new technologies that improve business performance. Requirements Essential * Based in Bali. * Strong English communication skills. * Experience with Shopify. * Experience creating short-form video content. * Comfortable working with suppliers and logistics partners. * Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks. * Proactive problem-solver who can work independently. Strong Advantage * Experience with Alibaba sourcing. * Experience with TikTok Shop, Shopee, Tokopedia, or Lazada. * Experience using AI tools in daily work. * Basic graphic design skills. * Digital marketing experience. * E-commerce or dropshipping experience. * Photography or videography skills. We are looking for a smart, resourceful operator who can help grow brands, manage online sales channels, coordinate suppliers, create content, and implement automation. You should be comfortable learning new tools, solving problems independently, and taking ownership of projects.
