Summary

Draw a "3D printable" CAD model of a linear actuator using market available miniature ball screw, bearings, fasteners etc from provided sketches and dimensions. Previous experience with linear actuators, ball screws, calculating output force of a ball screw drive, brushless electric motor RPM torque and power sizing, encoder, linear actuator sizing, force calculations. Deep understanding of sizing electric motors for linear Actuators and a degree in robotics, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering is necessary. Provide examples of previous work or expedience in linear actuator design and development when applying for this position.
