Bank Feeds Processor

Bookkeeper (QuickBooks Online) – Entry-Level / Flexible Remote Role We are looking for 1–2 Bookkeepers with basic QuickBooks Online (QBO) experience to help process bank feed transactions for multiple clients. This is a straightforward role that focuses primarily on keeping client bank feeds up to date. While bookkeeping experience is helpful, you must be comfortable navigating QuickBooks Online and understand the basics of bank feed processing. What You'll Be Doing Process bank feed transactions weekly Follow schedules and assignments provided by the Account Manager Create and maintain bank rules Match transactions to existing records Record transfers between accounts Flag questions or unusual transactions for review Update tasks and communicate through ClickUp Training Provided We will provide training on our processes, workflows, and expectations. You'll have support available as you learn our clients and procedures.
