Banner Designer for Beauty DTC/E-commerce Brand — Ongoing Work (100–150 banners/month)

We’re a European DTC & e-commerce brand in the Beauty niche looking for a talented banner designer to join us long-term. About the project: We run performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels and need a steady flow of high-converting ad creatives. This is not a one-time gig — we produce 100–150 banners per month consistently, so we’re looking for someone reliable who can grow with us. What you’ll be doing: 1) Designing static ad banners for Meta, Google, TikTok, and other paid channels 2) Adapting creatives to multiple sizes and formats 3) Following our brand guidelines while bringing fresh visual ideas 4) Working with our team on quick iterations and A/B test variations Requirements: 1) 2+ years of experience in graphic/ad design 2) Proven portfolio in the Beauty niche (skincare, cosmetics, wellness) — please share specific examples 3) Strong understanding of DTC/e-commerce advertising and what drives clicks 4) Familiarity with Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator 5) Ability to deliver fast without sacrificing quality 6) Fluent English communication 7) Available for ongoing, consistent workload Nice to have: 1) Experience with motion/animated banners 2) Knowledge of current ad trends on Meta & TikTok 3) Previous work with European or US beauty brands How to apply: Please send: 1) Your portfolio (Beauty work highlighted) 2) Your proposed rate (per banner or hourly — your choice) 3) Your estimated turnaround time To prove you’ve read the full description, please start your proposal with the word “BEAUTY” in CAPS.
