Bar Mystery Shop - San Francisco

Feeling the need for a night out? Be reimbursed for drinks and an appetizer at a bar in San Francisco by providing observations of the staff's sales process and cash handling practices. You will be expected to detail observations on how employees handle cash, ring up sales, present checks/receipts, pour liquor, upsell, and manage tips. The goal is to see if employees are recording revenue correctly and to check their honesty and cash handling practices. A short report of the experience will be entered in an online portal so the client can receive feedback of the experience. This is a 2-person shop and must be completed on a Friday or Saturday. Bringing a guest is mandatory! Looking to have completed on June 19 or June 20.
