Our vision is a cost-effective, energy-efficient forever home that combines modern farmhouse styling with practical design and low long-term operating costs. Project Overview Living Area: Approximately 38' x 54' Style: Modern Barndominium Stories: One Story Garage: Attached 2-car garage (approximately 20' x 24' or designer recommendation) Roof: Standing seam metal roof Great Room: 18-foot cathedral ceiling Construction Goal: Simple, durable, energy-efficient, and affordable Design Priorities The design should emphasize: Open-concept living Vaulted great room with abundant natural light Functional kitchen with large island Walk-in pantry Three bedrooms Two bathrooms Spacious master suite with oversized walk-in shower Mudroom/laundry room connected to the garage Mechanical/storage room Covered front and rear porches Minimal hallway space for maximum usable square footage The attached garage should feel integrated into the overall design rather than appearing as an afterthought.
