US-Based Appointment Setter — Annuity Leads from Meta Campaigns

We run Meta lead ads for annuity campaigns and we need US-based setters to work the leads that come in. The leads are ours. You are not prospecting, not buying lists, and not cold calling strangers. People have already raised their hand and given us their information. Your job is to reach them fast, find out what is actually there, and get them in front of an agent. THE ROLE Leads arrive from our Meta campaigns with the information the prospect submitted. Your job is: - Call new leads fast. Speed to first dial is the single biggest driver of contact rate on paid leads. - Qualify against what they submitted. Confirm age, confirm the information is accurate, and establish whether there is anything to work with. - Verify assets. Establish roughly what they have in qualified and non-qualified money, and where it currently sits. - Book or transfer. Either place a confirmed appointment on the agent's calendar, or live transfer to an available agent during agent hours. - Log everything in the CRM so the agent walks into the call already knowing what you know. You are not selling. You qualify and you hand off. WHAT WE NEED - Based in the United States. Not negotiable on this campaign. - Prior experience working annuity leads specifically. Final expense and Medicare are adjacent, but annuities are their own conversation and we would rather hire someone who has already had it. - Able to ask a stranger about their retirement savings without making it awkward. That is most of the job. - Calling hours you actually keep. - Your own headset, a quiet space and a stable connection. COMPLIANCE, PLEASE READ Setters qualify and transfer. No product recommendations, no rate quotes, no opinion on whether an annuity is right for anyone. Every one of those conversations belongs to the licensed agent. Calls happen only within permitted hours in the prospect's own time zone, and a do-not-call request is honoured the moment it is made. If any of that is new to you, this is not the right campaign for you. COMPENSATION $1,000 fixed for the initial engagement, paid through Upwork. We will agree the block of work it covers before you start, so you know exactly what you are being paid for. This is a starting point rather than the whole opportunity. We are running these campaigns continuously and we want setters who stay. If the first engagement works for both of us, we continue and we talk about what the ongoing arrangement looks like. HOW WE WILL MEASURE IT - New leads dialled within five minutes during your calling hours - A real attempt cadence before a lead is marked dead, not one call and gone - Qualification notes complete in the CRM on every contact - Appointments confirmed, not just booked - A show rate standard we agree together after your first two weeks, once we both know what the lead flow actually does TO APPLY Answer the screening questions properly.
