UK-Based Call Setter - Warm Calls At Notice

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Call Setter in the UK ONLY to join our Dubai real estate team. This role is focused on contacting new leads as soon as they submit an application, qualifying their interest, and booking them for a call with our team. This is not an hourly role. Payment is based on qualified lead calls that are successfully booked and attended. Compensation: USD 15 per qualified call that is successfully booked and attended This is not an hourly role Payment is only made for qualified calls that are scheduled and actually attended The lead must match our basic qualification criteria The call must be properly scheduled with our team All call notes and lead details must be updated in the CRM The most important requirement for this role is speed and availability. When a new application comes in during weekday working hours, the call setter must be available to call the lead within 5 minutes. Responsibilities: Call new leads within 5 minutes of their application being submitted during weekday working hours Speak with potential clients in a professional and friendly manner Understand their interest, budget, timeline, and property needs Briefly explain our services and next steps Schedule qualified leads for a call with our team Follow up with leads who do not answer immediately Keep accurate records of all calls, responses, and follow-ups in the CRM Communicate clearly with the team on booked calls and lead quality Requirements: Proven experience as a call setter, appointment setter, telemarketer, or sales caller Must be available during weekday working hours to respond quickly to new leads Strong spoken English and confident phone communication Friendly, professional, and persuasive phone manner Ability to work remotely and independently Organized and consistent with follow-ups Comfortable using CRM systems or lead tracking tools Dubai real estate experience is preferred, but not required Preferred: Experience calling inbound leads Experience booking sales calls or consultation calls Knowledge of Dubai real estate, off-plan property, or investment leads Ability to handle high-intent and high-net-worth prospects professionally This is not a role for someone who checks leads once or twice a day. We need someone who is actively available during working hours only for the PURPOSE OF THE CALL AT HANDS MOMENT and can respond quickly when a new application comes in. The ideal candidate is fast, reliable, professional, and understands that the first few minutes after a lead applies are the most important.
