US-Based Commission Sales Rep for Custom Software & SaaS Deals

Summary

We are looking for remote, US-based full-cycle sales representatives to sell premium custom software, custom SaaS packages, web applications, client portals, enterprise workflow automations, and business systems. This is not a setter-only or closer-only role. We are looking for versatile sales reps who can manage the entire sales process from start to finish: prospecting, finding leads, booking calls, running video sales calls, presenting the offer, handling objections, and closing deals. Our solutions are fully custom-coded from scratch. We do not sell cheap low-code or no-code templates. Deal values usually range from $5,000 to $15,000+. Compensation: - This is a 100% commission-only opportunity. - You will earn 15% commission on every closed deal. - Typical commission per closed deal is around $750–$2,250+. - Earnings are uncapped, with realistic OTE of up to $150,000 for strong performers. - Commission is paid immediately once the client’s payment clears. We also provide a dedicated company CRM to help you manage leads, track your pipeline, and organize your deals. You are a strong fit if you: - Are based in the US. - Have a native or near-native English speaking accent. - Have experience selling high-ticket B2B products or services. - Are comfortable selling custom software, SaaS, IT services, automations, consulting, agency services, or other premium business solutions. - Can source and hunt your own leads. - Are confident running sales calls and closing deals over video. - Are comfortable with a commission-only structure. - Can work independently and manage your own pipeline. - Are motivated by performance-based, uncapped earnings. You are not a fit if you: - Only want to be an appointment setter. - Only want to be a closer. - Need warm or inbound leads only. - Are not comfortable with outbound prospecting. - Are not comfortable with commission-only compensation. - Are outside the US. - Have no experience with B2B or high-ticket sales.
