US Based Medical Doctors Needed for AI Healthcare Reasoning

Description: We are supporting a healthcare AI training project for a leading AI research team and are looking for US-based and US-qualified medical experts to help evaluate and improve clinical reasoning in frontier AI models. This is a remote, flexible, asynchronous project suitable for physicians who are interested in medical AI, clinical reasoning, evidence-based medicine, and the future of AI-assisted healthcare. What You’ll Do You will help create and evaluate high-quality healthcare reasoning data, including: Designing realistic clinical prompts and patient scenarios based on your specialty Writing strong reference answers at attending-level quality Reviewing AI-generated medical responses for clinical accuracy, reasoning quality, guideline alignment, and safety Grading outputs against structured rubrics Providing written feedback that will be used by the research team to improve model behavior Participating in onboarding and specialty calibration sessions where needed Relevant Specialties We are open to a broad range of medical specialties, including but not limited to: Family Medicine Pediatrics Anesthesiology Surgery ENT Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation / Pain Medicine Occupational Medicine Emergency Medicine Internal Medicine Psychiatry Hematology / Oncology Radiology Cardiology Other clinical specialties Who We’re Looking For Ideal candidates include: Board-certified attending physicians with a current, active, unrestricted medical license Final-year residents Fellows who are board-certified or board-eligible in their primary specialty Recent residency graduates who are board-eligible You should be comfortable applying evidence-based clinical judgment, explaining reasoning clearly, and reviewing written medical content in detail.
