U.S.-Based Payment Operations / Authorized Signatory Support Partner for Adult Digital Platform

Blue X One LLC is looking for a U.S.-based payment operations / authorized signatory support partner for an adult-oriented digital subscription and online community platform. Please read carefully before applying. This role is related to payment processor onboarding, business verification communication, document coordination, and possible U.S.-based contact / authorized signatory support if required by a payment provider, gateway, acquiring bank, or merchant account partner. This role is NOT related to: * creating adult content; * uploading adult content; * moderating adult content; * promoting adult content; * operating the website; * customer support for adult content. This role does NOT involve: * receiving customer payments; * using your personal bank account; * handling customer funds; * controlling company funds; * accessing company bank accounts; * accessing settlement accounts, wallets, servers, source code, databases, or company assets; * owning or managing the company. Blue X One LLC already has its own company structure, website, business operations, and payment accounts. We are not looking for someone to receive funds or operate the business. The purpose of this role is limited to payment processor onboarding and U.S.-based verification / signatory support. Some payment providers or acquiring banks may require a U.S.-based contact person, payment operations representative, authorized signatory, or related verification support during merchant onboarding. Possible responsibilities may include: * reviewing payment processor onboarding requirements; * helping coordinate business verification / KYB / KYC communication; * communicating with a payment processor, gateway, acquiring partner, or underwriting team when needed; * reviewing provider documents before anything is signed; * acting as a U.S.-based contact or authorized signatory if required and separately agreed; * forwarding important provider communications to Blue X One LLC. Compensation structure: This is not intended to be a normal full-time or fixed-hour assistant role. The USD 500 shown as the budget is not an upfront guaranteed fixed project payment. It represents the conditional monthly compensation protection structure described in this job post, which would apply only if the supported payment processor account is approved, active, commercially usable, settling normally, and generating actual settled card processing revenue. The intended long-term structure may include: * USD 500 conditional monthly compensation protection, credited against; * 12% of monthly net settled card processing revenue from the supported payment processor arrangement, after agreed payment-processing deductions and reserve allocation. This compensation would apply only after the relevant payment processor arrangement is approved, active, commercially usable, settling normally, and generating actual net settled card processing revenue. If the provider rejects the account, the account is not commercially usable, no settled revenue is generated, or the account cannot process or settle normally, the conditional monthly compensation would not apply. Any separate initial review, document review, onboarding support, or consultation work before activation can be discussed separately if needed. Nothing is final until both sides review the details, agree on the structure, and the proper Upwork contract or agreed written structure is created. Ideal candidate: * U.S.-based; * experience with payment operations, merchant onboarding, fintech operations, KYC/KYB, compliance, risk, chargebacks, billing, vendor communication, or financial operations; * comfortable with adult-oriented digital subscription businesses; * reliable communication during U.S. business hours; * able to review documents carefully before agreeing to anything.
