I am an independent author with several new books in production across different categories, from children's and activity books to longer nonfiction. I need ongoing reader feedback on each manuscript before publication, so there is a new draft to read roughly every week. Every book you read is a pre-publication manuscript. What you will do I send you a PDF of the draft and a short questionnaire. You read the draft as a typical reader would, then complete the questionnaire with your honest impressions. Once you submit it, let me know and get paid. That is the full scope. There is nothing to post, rate, publish, or buy anywhere. The questionnaire is returned only to me. What you will give feedback on The questions focus on your real reading experience, for example: whether the book held attention from start to finish, whether the vocabulary and reading level suit the intended audience, which sections felt confusing or slow, how easy it was to read, and what you would change to make it better. Payment Fixed price per completed questionnaire. I am paying for your time and your honest input. Most drafts are relatively short. I may hire several readers for a range of perspectives, and there is ongoing work for readers who give clear, useful feedback.
