US-Based Remote MSP Helpdesk Technician (Hourly – Autotask + Datto)

We are a Managed Service Provider seeking a reliable, US-based remote technician to support our service desk on a flexible hourly basis. What you will do: -Work tickets from the shared service desk queue -Handle Tier 1 and solid Tier 2 support including end-user issues, software installs and UAC prompts, MFA/Duo, Microsoft 365, basic networking, Remote Desktop/VPN, and routine security notifications -Document clearly in Autotask and escalate only when necessary -Operate inside our existing tools and processes Required: -Must be physically located in the United States -Proven experience working in an MSP environment -Working knowledge of Autotask PSA and Datto RMM / Datto EDR -Clear written communication and good documentation habits -Comfortable working with limited, least-privilege access (no standing admin rights) Engagement details: -Hourly contract -Flexible / as-needed support -Preference for availability during US Eastern business hours -We provide company email, Kaseya One login, Autotask access, Datto RMM access, and AutoElevate for temporary elevation when needed -Initial short engagement with opportunity for ongoing work based on performance and fit If you have real MSP helpdesk experience with Autotask and Datto tools and are based in the United States, please apply with a brief summary of your relevant experience and your hourly rate.
