US-Based UX Researcher — Wellness App User Experience Study

PROJECT OVERVIEW ────────────────────────────────── We are a wellness technology company conducting comprehensive UX research on leading US preventive health platforms. We need a US-based researcher to enroll in Superpower (superpower.com), document the complete member journey, and deliver a detailed UX analysis report. This is legitimate competitive UX research — we are studying industry-leading platforms to inform our own product design decisions for a non-US market. No information will be misused or redistributed. ────────────────────────────────── WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO ────────────────────────────────── PHASE 1 — Enrollment (Days 1-2) • Visit superpower.com and complete the full signup process • Enroll in their annual membership (we will reimburse the $199 fee) • Complete their health intake questionnaire • Record every screen via Loom or screen recording • Take screenshots of all pages, forms, and confirmations PHASE 2 — Sample Collection (Days 3-14) • Complete their blood collection process (clinic visit or home kit — whichever they offer) • Document the kit packaging, instructions, and shipping experience • Photograph the entire welcome kit (unboxing video preferred) • Record any issues, friction points, or delightful moments PHASE 3 — Results & Analysis (Days 14-21) • Receive your results within the platform • Screenshot every results page, interpretation, and recommendation • Document the AI coach interaction (if any) • Test the supplement marketplace and recommendations • Test all app features including reports, charts, and history views PHASE 4 — Final Report (Day 22-25) • Deliver a comprehensive UX analysis report (15-20 pages) • Include all screenshots and video recordings • Provide your honest opinions on what works and what doesn't ────────────────────────────────── DELIVERABLES CHECKLIST ────────────────────────────────── ✓ Loom video recordings of the complete enrollment flow ✓ Screenshots of every screen (organized in folders by phase) ✓ Unboxing video of the welcome kit ✓ Photos of all printed materials, kit contents, packaging ✓ Screenshots of all results pages and reports ✓ Screen recording of any AI coach interactions ✓ PDF export of any reports they generate ✓ Comprehensive UX analysis document including: - Onboarding experience review - Pain points and friction analysis - Standout features that delighted you - Visual design assessment - Pricing and value perception - Comparison notes to traditional healthcare - Recommendations on what we should emulate - Recommendations on what we should avoid ────────────────────────────────── REQUIREMENTS ────────────────────────────────── MUST HAVE: • US resident with valid US address (required for Superpower) • Strong written English • Background in UX research, product design, or technology writing • Detail-oriented and methodical • Comfortable with health/wellness products (blood test required) • Reliable communication (responds within 24 hours) • Excellent screenshot and screen recording skills • Portfolio of similar UX research or product reviews NICE TO HAVE: • Previous experience reviewing health/wellness apps • Familiarity with Function Health, Hundred Health, or similar platforms • Figma or design tool experience for annotated screenshots • Video editing skills for the unboxing content ────────────────────────────────── BUDGET & TIMELINE ────────────────────────────────── • Project fee: $200 - $350 USD • Reimbursable expenses: Up to $250 (membership + shipping) • Timeline: 3-4 weeks from start date • Payment: 30% upfront, 70% on final report delivery Note: All expenses must be documented with receipts. ────────────────────────────────── HOW TO APPLY ────────────────────────────────── In your proposal, please include: 1.
