**Social Media Growth Expert for Men’s Skincare Brand** We’re looking for a high-energy social media operator to help grow a new men’s skincare brand in the U.S. This brand is built around confidence, movement, discipline, and an athletic lifestyle — so we’re looking for someone who understands that world naturally. Ideally, you are based in the U.S., active/athletic, and have great taste in content, culture, and branding. We need someone who can help us build real momentum on TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms through content strategy, posting, community building, creator outreach, and growth experiments. **What we need help with:** * Creating and managing a strong organic social media growth strategy * Planning daily/weekly content ideas for TikTok, Reels, and Stories * Helping define hooks, captions, trends, and content angles * Finding and reaching out to U.S.-based creators, athletes, and micro-influencers * Growing the brand’s presence with energy, taste, and consistency * Understanding what type of content can actually convert for a men’s grooming/skincare brand * Helping us build a community around confidence, performance, and lifestyle **Ideal candidate:** * Based in the U.S. * High energy, proactive, and creative * Athletic or naturally connected to fitness, sports, surfing, skating, running, CrossFit, combat sports, or similar cultures * Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and short-form content * Has experience growing consumer brands, ideally in beauty, skincare, fitness, apparel, lifestyle, or CPG * Comfortable helping with influencer/creator outreach * Has great taste and understands how to make a brand feel cool, not corporate We’re not looking for someone who just posts generic Canva graphics.
