# Basic to Advanced Excel Trainer (Weekend Live Instructor-Led Training) **Job Title:** Basic to Advanced Microsoft Excel Trainer (Live Online Instructor) **Location:** India (Remote) **Job Type:** Freelance/Contract **Duration:** 6 Months **Training Schedule:** * Days: Every Saturday and Sunday/Weekday-2 days per week (two hour session each day) * Time: 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST * Total Duration: 6 Months * Mode: Live Online Instructor-Led Training ## About the Role We are looking for an experienced and passionate **Microsoft Excel Trainer based in India** to deliver a **Basic to Advanced Excel Course** through live, instructor-led online sessions. The trainer will teach a batch of learners over a period of six months and help participants build practical Excel skills that can be applied in academic and professional settings. ## Responsibilities * Conduct live online training sessions every Saturday and Sunday(or 2 days on a weekday) from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST. * Deliver training covering Excel concepts from beginner to advanced levels. * Create engaging and interactive learning experiences. * Explain concepts through practical examples, exercises, and assignments. * Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and monitor learner progress. * Share training materials, worksheets, and practice files with participants. * Provide guidance on real-world applications of Excel in business and professional environments. ## Course Topics (Indicative) * Introduction to Microsoft Excel and Interface * Data Entry, Formatting, and Workbook Management * Formulas and Functions (Basic to Advanced) * Conditional Formatting and Data Validation * Sorting, Filtering, and Data Cleaning * Lookup Functions (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH) * Text, Date, and Logical Functions * Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts * Dashboards and Data Visualization * Advanced Excel Functions and Automation Techniques * Excel Tips, Tricks, and Productivity Tools * Real-World Projects and Case Studies ## Requirements * Must be based in India. * Minimum 3 years of experience in teaching Microsoft Excel. * Strong expertise in Basic to Advanced Excel concepts. * Prior experience conducting live online instructor-led training sessions. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Ability to simplify complex concepts and make sessions highly interactive. * Experience training college students and working professionals is preferred. ## To Apply, Please Share: 1.
