Basic Video Editing

We're building a paid educational community and need a video editor who can transform pre-recorded lessons into polished, professional training videos. This is a production-focused editing role. All content is already planned, scripted, and recorded. The work primarily involves assembling, cleaning up, and formatting videos for a professional learning experience, without the need for complex motion design, advanced visual effects, or creative narrative editing. What you'll be doing: * Syncing audio and video * Cutting mistakes and unnecessary sections * Adding background music * Switching between full facecam and small facecam * Adding PowerPoint slides behind the presenter * Exporting in 4K What is IMPORTANT for this job? * You have previous editing experience * You are disciplined and reliable * You can work fast and meet deadlines * You can render in 4K * You can handle multiple videos per day About this job: * Initial phase: approximately 40 videos (first month) * Ongoing: typically 10+ videos per month * Videos are generally between 5–30 minutes * Presenter uses a teleprompter, so editing is usually straightforward * Fast turnaround is important * Minimum capacity of 3 videos per day * No extra effects Price: * $1 per finished video minute To apply: * Send examples of similar work * Briefly explain your editing experience * Confirm you're comfortable with the pricing and workload If you're professional, detail-oriented, and ready to move fast, we'd love to hear from you.
