Summary

We are NOT looking for a cold caller, virtual assistant, list builder, or skip tracer. We are looking for a highly experienced Cold Calling Operations & Dialer Performance Expert who can independently identify, diagnose, and solve performance issues within our real estate wholesaling operation. Our company currently uses BatchDialer, GoHighLevel, PropStream, and a team of cold callers. We are experiencing KPI and performance challenges, including low contact rates, high voicemail volume, inconsistent call results, and potential dialer or call flow issues. We need someone who can: • Audit our entire cold calling operation • Analyze call recordings, reports, and KPIs • Review BatchDialer settings and campaign configuration • Identify technical, operational, or process-related issues • Find the root causes of low performance • Implement solutions without constant supervision • Improve contact rates and overall campaign performance • Optimize team workflows and best practices This role is for a problem solver, not a caller. A situation where you successfully diagnosed and fixed a low-performing outbound calling operation. 3. The first things you would audit if you joined our project. 4. The KPI improvements you have achieved for previous clients. We are looking for someone who can quickly identify problems, provide clear recommendations, and take ownership of implementing solutions.
