About Us Hatch Painting is a growing residential remodeling company specializing in high-end bathroom, kitchen, and whole-home renovations. We’re looking for a talented designer who can create professional 3D renderings and blueprint-style layouts that help homeowners visualize their projects before construction begins. This is an ongoing freelance opportunity with consistent work for the right person. Responsibilities - Create photorealistic 3D renderings for bathroom, kitchen, and interior remodeling projects. - Design functional layouts based on photos, measurements, and client preferences. - Produce floor plans, elevations, and construction-ready blueprint drawings when needed. - Recommend tile layouts, cabinetry, vanities, lighting, plumbing fixtures, shower glass, niches, benches, and other design details. - Revise designs based on homeowner and contractor feedback. - Deliver organized project files in a timely manner. Qualifications - Experience designing residential kitchens and bathrooms. - Strong portfolio of 3D renderings and construction drawings. - Proficiency in one or more of the following: SketchUp Revit Chief Architect AutoCAD 2020 Design Twinmotion Enscape Lumion 3ds Max - Excellent communication skills. - Ability to meet deadlines and work independently. - Construction or remodeling knowledge is a plus.
