Beehiiv Email Template Expert Needed Implement Existing Branded Email System + Connect Website

We are preparing to launch We Brought Twins, a family travel publication focused on traveling with twins and young children. Our website and email design system are already designed and documented. We are not looking for a designer or someone to create a new email aesthetic. We need an experienced Beehiiv/email implementation specialist who can faithfully translate our existing email system into Beehiiv and make sure the signup → confirmation → welcome → newsletter flow works correctly. We already have: A complete Email Specification A detailed Email Component Library / Beehiiv build sheet Desktop and mobile email preview/reference designs Defined typography, colors, spacing, buttons, cards, dividers, photo treatments, footer system, disclosure language, etc. Nine planned email formats, including Welcome, Confirmation, Monthly Dispatch, New Stay, Journal, With Twins, Destination and Subscriber-Only emails An existing website built in Lovable An existing Beehiiv account/subscription Newsletter signup forms already designed on the website This is an implementation project, not a redesign. The goal is to make the Beehiiv emails look as close as reasonably possible to the approved We Brought Twins email system while respecting real-world Gmail, Apple Mail, Outlook and mobile email limitations. Phase 1 — paid test milestone We want to start with a small milestone before awarding the entire implementation. Please: Build our Monthly Dispatch template in Beehiiv based on the supplied specification and visual references. Build/configure our Welcome email. Connect or verify the existing website newsletter signup with Beehiiv. Verify the signup → confirmation/double-opt-in → welcome flow. Make sure unsubscribe/footer requirements work correctly. Test representative emails on desktop and mobile, including Gmail, Apple Mail and Outlook where practical. Document any areas where Beehiiv technically cannot reproduce our supplied design exactly rather than silently changing the design. If this first milestone is successful, we would like the same person to implement the remaining approved templates and finish the complete email system. Important Please do not redesign the templates or substitute your own design choices. Where Beehiiv or an email client creates a technical limitation, we want you to preserve the hierarchy, typography feel, spacing, colors and overall editorial aesthetic as closely as possible and tell us what had to change. Our documentation already includes fallback fonts and email-specific design considerations. We care more about a polished, reliable implementation than clever custom development. Ideal experience We're specifically looking for someone with: Strong Beehiiv experience Custom Beehiiv newsletter/template implementation experience HTML email development Responsive email design Gmail / Apple Mail / Outlook compatibility Email deliverability fundamentals Beehiiv signup forms/API or website integrations Double opt-in and welcome automation configuration Custom domains / sending-domain authentication SPF, DKIM and DMARC familiarity Unsubscribe and compliance experience Experience with React/Lovable is helpful but Beehiiv + production email experience is more important.
