The publication covers longevity science, health economics, and healthcare decision-making. Content for 3-5 issues are drafted for posting. The platform is set up with a custom domain (wellspentliving.com), branding, and a welcome automation sequence. I need an experienced Beehiiv specialist to complete the setup, fix current formatting issues, establish a clean consistent post template, and prepare everything for launch. WHAT'S ALREADY DONE: - Beehiiv Scale plan active, custom domain connected - Brand colors are selected but need to be uploaded and Wordmark logo uploaded - Landing page partially built - Health Independence Guide PDF ready as lead magnet WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE: 1. Three-five newsletter issues drafted — Issues #1, #2, #3 to be available as “Recent Issues” 2. Build a clean, reusable WSL post template in Beehiiv with correct brand styling (teal #0D5C4A, gold #B5882A, correct heading sizes, callout blocks, paywall placement) standardize heading hierarchy, fix blockquote formatting. Once the template is build, add an inventory of 5 posts that will be used in coming weeks after the initial launch. 3. Complete the landing page — subscribe form above fold, About section, Recent Issues block showing all three posts as cards, membership tier section, second CTA, footer 4. Complete welcome automation — test end-to-end, confirm PDF delivery on Email 1, confirm single welcome email toggle is OFF (I will provide content) 5. Configure Stripe paid subscription tiers — Founding Member ($79/year) and Standard ($99/year) as draft tiers. Founding member option open to the first 500 subscribers only. 6. Set up referral program — PDF reward at 3 referrals, free year at 10 referrals 7. Enable Beehiiv recommendation network — 5–8 relevant publications in longevity/health/retirement 8. SEO configuration — meta description, public indexing enabled, og tags 9. Set publish “pre dates” on all three archive posts to create a credible pre-launch archive 10. Final pre-launch QA — test subscriber journey end to end, verify mobile rendering, confirm all links work DELIVERABLES: - All three posts for archive formatted consistently and correctly, paywall placed correctly in each with snippets and teasers.
