Beta Reader Needed — 172,000 word count Sample of a Dystopian Novel — $65, 6 Day Turnaround

***Note this project could lead to other projects I have for writing. I’m an author finalizing a dark dystopian novel. Before I send the full manuscript to anyone, I need to know whether the first five chapters hold a reader’s attention. I do NOT need a developmental editor, a writing coach, or a book reviewer. I need a fast reader who finishes books and can tell me, honestly and bluntly, where they slowed down or wanted to stop. What you’ll do 1. Read the 51 chapters I send 2. Content note The book deals with adult themes including grief, terminal illness of a child character, an oppressive surveillance system, and emotionally intense romantic tension.
