We are looking for one multi-skilled professional to lead our entire beta soft launch marketing effort across three surfaces simultaneously — social media content creation, website review, and mobile app review. This is a 3 to 4 month engagement. COMPENSATION STRUCTURE Milestone 1 — Content Creation — $1,800 — One-time deliverable Milestone 2 — Website and App Review — $500 — One-time deliverable Milestone 3 — Monthly Platform Management — $300 per month — Ongoing Month 1 Total — $2,600 4-Month Total — $3,500 WHAT YOU WILL DO Milestone 1 — Content Creation — $1,800 Produce 26 short-form videos, 52+ original images, and 52+ platform-specific caption pairs built around 12 consumer emotional scenarios plus 2 enterprise videos. For every video you produce, you also produce two original images — one landscape for website use, one vertical for social media — and two written captions — one for Reddit in community-native voice, one for Facebook groups in warm shareable voice. All content delivered as complete ready-to-publish packages via Google Drive. Phone-camera authentic style for video. AI tools expected throughout for script generation, image creation, caption writing, and video editing. Milestone 2 — Website and App Review — $500 Review every page of the website as a first-time visitor and marketing professional. Write specific replacement copy for every section that is flat, technical, or disconnected from the emotional story. Recommend which of the 26 videos and images to embed where — with mock images showing exact placement. Simultaneously review the mobile app as a new user and marketing professional. Document every screen where copy is misaligned with the brand voice. Recommend reorganization where the app could be more intuitive and appealing without compromising compliance — with annotated screenshots and flow diagrams showing exactly what you mean. Deliver all recommendations to our internal teams. They implement. You review and approve before anything goes live. Milestone 3 — Monthly Platform Management — $300 per month Manage organic posting across 44 free community platforms — 23 Reddit communities, 13 Facebook group types, Discord, WhatsApp, Telegram, Nextdoor, Quora, BlueSky, MeWe, and Tumblr. No paid advertising. Community presence only. Weekly beta feedback reports. Monthly performance reports. Monthly content calendar submitted by the 25th of each prior month. AI tools expected for scheduling, analytics, comment drafting, and feedback organization. Monthly management does not begin until we confirm in writing that the mobile app is fully optimized and all critical bugs are resolved. Milestone 3 payment clock starts on the first day of the month following written confirmation. THE 12 CONSUMER EMOTIONAL SCENARIOS Every video, image, and caption must make a person see themselves inside the scenario within the first 3 seconds. Not observe it. Feel it. The parent who cannot stop worrying — teenager in an Uber alone for the first time The woman driving alone across state lines — stopping at rest stops at night The gig worker who meets strangers for a living — Safe Walk before every ride The evidence that told the story — vault captures what no one else saw The teenager in the Uber — Fake Call gives them an exit The nurse walking to her car at 3am — hospital parking garage alone after a night shift The trucker's wife who just wants to know he's moving — Family Plan GPS The daughter who moved her mother in — elderly parent safety and Family Plan The college student who just wants to get home safe — Safe Walk as a daily habit The woman who almost didn't report it — proof that cannot be denied The night she needed a witness — recording captures everything Alone at mile marker 14 — solo hiker with no cell signal and no one who knows where they are THE NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENT You must have verifiable experience growing a mobile app or digital product audience from zero using only organic community platforms. No paid ads. No influencer spend. Real community presence, real content, real users who downloaded a real product because of what you built. Provide a verifiable link. Applications without this are not reviewed. AI TOOLS — REQUIRED THROUGHOUT The use of AI tools is expected and required throughout this entire engagement — not just for producing the initial content but for managing content on an ongoing monthly basis once it is live. Pricing reflects AI-assisted production and management rates. A contractor who does not actively use AI tools will not be able to deliver this scope at the quality and speed this engagement requires. THE AUDITION — REQUIRED BEFORE AWARD Every candidate must complete a mandatory unpaid audition before the contract is offered. Minimum requirement: one produced video from any of the 12 consumer scenarios above. Filmed, edited, captioned, submitted as a YouTube, Google Drive, or Vimeo link. Vertical 9:16 format. Phone-camera authentic style. A finished video that makes a person see themselves inside the scenario within the first 3 seconds. Candidates who submit more — a second video, original images, a mock image showing a website or app improvement, a website copy rewrite sample, or additional organic growth evidence — will be evaluated with significantly higher priority.
