Beta Tester for Web Platform

We are looking for a detail-oriented Beta Tester to help us test a web user generated content application before/around its public launch. The platform includes user registration/login, profile management, subscriptions, messaging, live streaming, file uploads, wallet/payment flows, and an admin dashboard. What you'll do: - Execute test cases across the main user flows (registration, login/logout, KYC/identity verification, profile creation, subscriptions, messaging, live streaming, wallet top-up, payouts) - Test on both desktop and mobile browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox — iOS and Android) - Identify and clearly document bugs: steps to reproduce, expected vs actual result, screenshots/screen recordings, browser/device/OS - Test edge cases: form validation, error states, slow/interrupted network, concurrent sessions, expired tokens - Verify permission boundaries (e.g., a user should not access another user's private data or admin-only routes) Deliverables: - A structured bug report (spreadsheet or tool of your choice — Google Sheets, Notion, Jira, Trello — we're flexible) updated daily/at each session - A short final summary of overall stability, UX friction points, and any blocking issues found Requirements - Proven experience as a QA / Beta Tester on web applications (please share examples of past bug reports if possible) - Comfortable navigating modern SPA/SSR web apps - Access to both a mobile device (iOS or Android) and desktop for cross-testing Strong written English or Italian (team communicates in both) - Reliable, responsive during agreed testing windows Nice to have: - ISTQB certification or similar - Experience with Postman, BrowserStack, or similar tools - Basic understanding of JWT/cookie-based auth (to test session/logout edge cases meaningfully) Duration: short term, around 1-2 weeks maximum
