Juice formulation expertise - Brix/acid ratio - Mango puree vs NFC juice - Pasteurisation/aseptic filling - Shelf-life testing - Sensory evaluation - Food safety for beverages 2. Industrial juice line commissioning - Tetra Pak / Krones / GEA / Alfa Laval juice lines - CIP/SIP systems - Filling/packaging line integration - Pilot line installation 3. Food/beverage QA specialist - HACCP for juice - Microbiological stability - Shelf-life protocols
