Bibliometric Research Assistant (Scopus, Bibliometrix & VOSviewer) – Immediate Start

I am looking for an experienced bibliometric research assistant to support three connected academic papers in the area of public policy, global governance, and AI-related research. Important: I already have a cleaned Scopus dataset. I am not looking for data collection or systematic review support. The work focuses on generating high-quality bibliometric outputs from an existing dataset. Scope of Work The successful candidate will: 1.Review and validate an existing cleaned Scopus dataset. 2. Import the dataset into Bibliometrix/Biblioshiny and/or VOSviewer. 3. Perform any necessary keyword harmonization or minor data checks. 4. Generate publication-ready bibliometric outputs, including: i. Annual publication trends ii. Top countries iii. Top journals/sources iv. Most frequent keywords v. Keyword co-occurrence maps vi. Thematic mapping/thematic evolution vii. Country/geographic distribution viii. Organized tables and descriptive outputs ix. Export all figures in publication-quality format (PNG/PDF where applicable). x. Provide Excel/CSV files for all generated outputs. xi. Organize deliverables in a clear folder structure. Confirm readiness for analysis. Provide a short analysis/output plan. Milestone 2 – USD $45 Generate all agreed bibliometric outputs. Export publication-ready figures and tables. One round of minor revisions. Timeline Immediate start Milestone 1: within 3 days of receiving the dataset. Final deliverables: within 7 days of project start.
