Bilingual (Arabic/English) Lead-Gen & Outreach VA — WhatsApp Commerce

We're a WhatsApp-ordering product for small businesses (live, Meta-approved) and we're looking for a part-time, ongoing lead-generation & appointment-setting assistant to help us reach home-based food businesses in UAE, KSA. What you'll do: - Find home-food businesses (bakers, dessert makers, home kitchens, meal-preppers) on Instagram that take orders via WhatsApp. - Send them warm, personalized first messages (scripts + full playbook provided) offering a free, done-for-you setup. - Follow up once, answer basic questions, and book demo calls on the founder's calendar. - Keep a simple prospect tracker up to date and send a short weekly report. - Later: light social-media posting (Instagram/Facebook) from provided content. You are: - Fluent in Arabic and English, and write natural, friendly Arabic. Experienced in outreach / lead-gen / appointment-setting / community management. - Comfortable on Instagram + WhatsApp, organized, and personable (we want rapport, not spam). - Familiar with the UAE/GCC small-business scene (a big plus). Details: - Part-time, flexible hours (~5–10 hrs/week to start), ongoing with room to grow. - Full playbook, scripts, and tracker provided — you won't start from scratch. - You handle outreach and booking; our founder runs the actual demos.
