Bilingual Bookkeeper / Invoicing VA – Jobber & QuickBooks (English/Spanish)

We are a small service business based in Arizona looking for a reliable, detail-oriented VA to manage our invoicing, bookkeeping, and light admin work. This is a long-term part-time role for the right person. What you'll be doing: – Sending client invoices accurately and on time via Jobber – Cross-checking every invoice against timesheets before sending – Maintaining records in QuickBooks and keeping both platforms in sync – Handling light administrative tasks and follow-ups – Communicating in English and Spanish as needed Requirements — please do not apply if you don't meet these: – Fluent in English and Spanish (you will be tested) – Hands-on experience with Jobber (required, not negotiable) – Hands-on experience with QuickBooks (required, not negotiable) – Available during Arizona business hours (MST/AZ) – Extremely detail-oriented — our clients are individuals and billing errors directly damage those relationships – Able to work independently with minimal supervision What to expect: – Part-time, fully remote – $6/hr USD – Shortlisted candidates will complete a short paid test task before being hired – Long-term opportunity for the right person To apply, please answer the following in your proposal: 1.
