We partner with contractors, engineering firms, owners, and operators to help them hire exceptional talent across construction, engineering, operations, maintenance, commissioning, and skilled trades. We're looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Business Development Consultant who enjoys building relationships, delivering professional presentations, solving client problems, and helping grow a business from the ground up. --- # About the Role As our Business Development Consultant, you'll be the face of Bluecrest Talent with prospective clients. You'll lead discovery meetings, conduct sales presentations, understand hiring challenges, present our recruiting solutions, and build long-term relationships with business owners, executives, and hiring managers. You'll work directly with the founder to help grow the company, improve our sales strategy, and shape the future of Bluecrest Talent. --- # Responsibilities * Generate and qualify new business opportunities * Conduct discovery calls with prospective clients * Build relationships with executives, hiring managers, contractors, and business owners * Deliver professional virtual sales presentations * Present Bluecrest Talent's recruiting process and value proposition * Identify hiring challenges and recommend recruiting solutions * Negotiate and close recruiting agreements * Follow up with warm and outbound prospects * Maintain accurate records in GoHighLevel CRM * Help improve our sales process, messaging, and client experience * Collaborate directly with the founder on business growth initiatives --- Qualifications Required * Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) * Proven experience in B2B business development, sales, or account management * Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills * Comfortable leading discovery calls and virtual sales presentations via Zoom or Google Meet * Ability to confidently present solutions to executives, hiring managers, and business owners * Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills * Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven * Professional appearance and demeanor during client meetings * Reliable internet connection and a professional home office setup * Willingness to quickly learn the data center and mission-critical recruiting industry Preferred * Experience selling recruiting, staffing, or executive search services * Experience selling professional or consulting services * Experience working with commercial construction, engineering, skilled trades, or industrial markets * Knowledge of the data center or mission-critical industry * Experience using GoHighLevel or another CRM platform * Experience with LinkedIn prospecting and outbound business development --- # Compensation We're looking for the right person—not simply the lowest bidder. Recruiting industry experience is a plus, but it is not required.
