Bilingual (中英文）CapCut Editor for Educational Videos

We are seeking a bilingual CapCut editor to create engaging and informative short-form videos for social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in video editing and be proficient in both English and Chinese. Responsibilities include editing educational content, ensuring high-quality visuals, and optimizing videos for social media engagement. Familiarity with CapCut or other video editing tools is essential. I need: - able to understand both English and Mandarin and employ the use of auto-subs which you can then adjust based on any mistakes in the subtitles - basic visual effects such as zooms, transitions etc. for a talking head video - basic sound effects for a talking head video - a second copy of the video using 繁體字 subtitles
