Bilingual Case Manager Specialist for Accident Victims

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Bilingual Case Manager Specialist to join our team! In this role, you’ll be helping accident victims by making sure they get the care, resources, and support they need while we handle their case. This is not a sales position, after our salesman close a client this position will help "process" the client. You’ll be the main point of contact for clients for 4 days once our closers have passed along their information. That means you’ll time talking with clients — making sure you have everything necessary for their case, helping them feel comfortable, and keeping things moving smoothly between them, our firm, and our partners. It wont be a lot of communication just short calls or texts to get extra info, gather documents and answer basic questions.

• What you’ll do:
• - Call and follow up with clients to confirm details, collect documents, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
• - Put together intake packets for our attorneys with complete, accurate client info.
• - Coordinate with the firm to ensure each client’s case stays on track.
• - Schedule and manage referrals for rentals, medical appointments, and other services clients may need.
• - Keep detailed notes and stay on top of every client’s progress.
• - Provide warm, clear, and professional communication every step of the way.
• What we’re looking for
• - Fluent in both Spanish and English — you’ll be talking with clients in both languages every day.
• - Someone with great people skills who can build trust easily and stay patient under pressure.
• - Strong organization and follow-up skills — you love making sure things get done.
• - Experience in customer service, case management, or sales is a plus.
