Summary

We are an online tire & wheel retailer looking for customer service agents overseas or in the US to respond to calls, emails and incoming website chats. You will be asked to speak with customers in Spanish/English on the phone, live chat and email. The tools we use are Zendesk and Slack. This role is long term and full-time.
