Bilingual Data Entry Specialist (English/French) – WordPress | Part-Time | Potential Full-Time

We're looking for a Bilingual Data Entry Specialist (English/French) to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing content, working with websites, and ensuring every detail is accurate. You'll primarily be responsible for WordPress content updates, website data entry, and quality assurance testing before websites go live. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role for the right candidate. Job Responsibilities: Enter and format website content using WordPress Update pages, blogs, menus, images, and documents Perform website quality assurance before launch Test website functionality including: Contact forms, Navigation, Buttons, Internal links, Layout consistency, Responsive/mobile display Compare French and English versions of websites to ensure consistency Review content for formatting, spelling, and visual accuracy Organize and maintain website assets and documents Support project managers with administrative website updates Assist with creating or formatting website content when needed Qualifications Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken) Experience using WordPress Excellent attention to detail Strong organizational skills Comfortable following detailed instructions Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team Available during Eastern Time business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET) We're looking for someone who has experience in one or more of the following: WordPress content management Website data entry Website quality assurance (QA) Administrative support for websites Content migration Bilingual content management (English/French) Marketing agency or web agency experience is a plus Why Join Design Shopp?
