🎥Bilingual English Content Creator (Portuguese + English) Location: Remote (Brazil) Hours: Approximately 6–10 hours per week (with the potential to grow) Rate: $13–17/hour About Us Toward English is a very small online English school that helps Brazilian professionals communicate confidently in English—especially those living in the United States or preparing to move there. While we're small, we're building much more than an English school. Our mission is to help Brazilians succeed in the United States by creating practical English resources, engaging social media content, and innovative learning experiences. We're looking for someone who enjoys building something meaningful and wants to play an important role in helping us grow. About the Role We're looking for a creative, energetic, bilingual content creator who is comfortable on camera and enjoys creating educational content for social media. This is not primarily a video editing or graphic design role. We already work with editors who polish and publish our content. Your role is to help us create a steady stream of practical, engaging content that our editors can transform into polished posts. We value creativity, consistency, and output over spending hours trying to perfect a single post. Responsibilities Brainstorm new content ideas with our team. Write short scripts for Instagram Reels and other videos. Record yourself speaking on camera in Brazilian Portuguese (and occasionally in English). Create rough outlines or draft versions of carousel posts. Suggest captions, hooks, and future content ideas. Organize your work so our editors can efficiently transform it into polished content. Help us build a consistent publishing schedule across Instagram and other social media platforms. What Success Looks Like We're looking for someone who can consistently produce a high volume of quality content. A typical week might include: 8–12 Reel ideas 6–10 recorded short videos 3–5 carousel concepts or rough drafts 15–20 future content ideas Organized scripts and files ready to send to our editors These numbers are only examples. During the first few weeks, we'll work together to establish a sustainable production pace. What We're Looking For Native Brazilian Portuguese. Excellent spoken and written English. Comfortable speaking on camera. Creative, proactive, and full of ideas. Organized and reliable. Positive, energetic, and personable. Interested in teaching or explaining English in a simple, engaging way. Familiar with Instagram, Reels, and current social media trends. Teaching or tutoring experience is a plus, but it's not required. Hours We're initially looking for someone who can work approximately 6–10 hours per week. If it's a great fit and our content continues to grow, we'd love to increase the hours over time. We're hoping to find someone who wants to grow with us over the long term.
