Bilingual “English & Russian” SMM Social Media Manager

Title: Bilingual (English + Russian) Social Media Manager, TikTok,Instagram Reels, YouTube, FB| Parenting/Baby Niche About us Weanora is a multilingual baby-weaning (first foods) app launching across 6 languages, built on pediatric and dietitian guidance. Ahead of launch we’re growing two Instagram channels, English and Russian, and need a reliable manager to run them day to day. The role You’ll own scheduling, posting, and community management for our English and Russian Instagram pages. Video and photo content is produced for you — your job is to package it into high-performing Reels, localize captions per audience, post consistently, and grow an engaged community. Ongoing part-time, with room to grow as we scale. What you’ll do • Schedule and publish Reels/posts on EN and RU pages at a consistent cadence • Write and localize captions, hooks, and hashtags for each language • Manage comments and DMs daily; warm and grow the community • Track weekly metrics (reach, saves, shares, profile visits, link clicks) and report simply • Coordinate lightly with our content team on the weekly batch You must have • Native/near-native Russian AND fluent written English, both required • Proven experience managing Instagram accounts with Reels (show examples) • Strong grasp of short-form best practices and community management • Reliability, this role lives on showing up daily Nice to have • Parenting, baby, health, or food niche experience • Light Canva/CapCut for minor tweaks (heavy editing not required, content is provided) • Familiarity with link-in-bio / email funnel tools Scope Part-time, ongoing.
