Bilingual English/Spanish Virtual Assistant – Mexico | CRM + Social Media

We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Bilingual Virtual Assistant based in Mexico to support a U.S.-based insurance agency. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish and has experience with customer service, CRM management, administrative support, and social media/content creation. Responsibilities - Communicate with clients through phone, email, and SMS in English and Spanish - Manage and update client information in the CRM - Schedule appointments and follow up with clients - Assist with general administrative and customer service tasks - Coordinate with insurance carriers when needed - Create and schedule social media content - Create basic graphics and marketing materials using Canva - Assist with email marketing and other marketing activities - Maintain organized records, spreadsheets, and reports What We're Looking For - Currently located in Mexico - Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken - Strong customer service and communication skills - Experience using CRM platforms - Experience with social media management/content creation - Comfortable using Canva - Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently Nice to have, but not required: - Experience with U.S. insurance, Medicare/health insurance, commission tracking, bookkeeping, Excel, ChatGPT/AI tools, or similar administrative work is a plus.
