Bilingual Facebook Marketplace Virtual Assistant (Posting + Messaging + Lead Collection)

We are a U.S. land investment company looking for a long-term bilingual (English & Spanish) Virtual Assistant to manage Facebook Marketplace listings and respond to buyer inquiries. This is NOT a sales job. Your job is to follow a system and collect contact information from interested buyers. If you are organized, careful, and follow instructions exactly, this job will be easy and stable long-term work. --- **Daily Tasks** 1. Post property listings on Facebook Marketplace 2. Upload images and vary titles/descriptions 3. Respond to messages 3 times per day approximately 10 AM to 7 PM pacific time 4. Ask buyers for phone number or email 5. Record leads in Google Sheet 6. Create simple map images using Google Maps / Google Earth 7. Create unique images using AI, Canva, etc. 8.
