If you are passionate about recruiting, love working with people, and are fluent in both English and Spanish, we’d love to hear from you. ⸻ Position Overview As a Hospitality Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring hospitality professionals for positions including: * Housekeepers * Public Area Attendants * Laundry Attendants * Front Desk Agents * Banquet Servers * Bartenders * Restaurant Servers * Line Cooks * Prep Cooks * Dishwashers * Maintenance Technicians * Supervisors and Managers This is a fully remote position requiring excellent communication skills, exceptional organization, and the ability to recruit high volumes of candidates while maintaining an outstanding candidate experience. ⸻ Responsibilities * Source qualified candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and recruiting platforms * Conduct interviews in both English and Spanish * Screen applicants for qualifications, work history, and cultural fit * Schedule interviews and coordinate hiring activities * Maintain accurate applicant records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) * Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process * Assist applicants with onboarding documentation * Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs * Meet daily and weekly recruiting goals * Work closely with Operations Managers to fill open positions quickly while maintaining quality standards ⸻ Required Qualifications * Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken) * Previous recruiting experience (hospitality staffing preferred) * Excellent interviewing and communication skills * Strong customer service mindset * Comfortable working in a high-volume recruiting environment * Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail * Strong computer skills * Reliable high-speed internet connection * Professional home office environment ⸻ Preferred Qualifications Candidates with experience recruiting for any of the following will receive priority consideration: * Hotels * Resorts * Restaurants * Staffing Agencies * Housekeeping Services * Food & Beverage Operations * Event Staffing Experience using recruiting platforms such as: * Indeed * ZipRecruiter * LinkedIn Recruiter * Facebook Recruiting * Upwork * Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) * CRM systems ⸻ What Success Looks Like The ideal recruiter: * Responds quickly to applicants * Conducts engaging interviews * Builds relationships with candidates * Maintains excellent follow-up * Consistently fills open positions on time * Represents our company professionally with every interaction ⸻ Compensation Please include: * Your desired hourly rate * Your availability (hours per week) * Time zone * Earliest available start date Outstanding performers may be offered long-term opportunities and increased responsibilities. ⸻ To Apply Please include the following with your proposal: 1.
