**Bilingual Immigration Legal Assistant Needed for U.S. Immigration Law Practice** We are a small New York-based immigration law practice seeking a full-time bilingual English/Spanish Legal Assistant to support our growing caseload. Our firm handles family-based immigration, humanitarian immigration, naturalization, SIJS, VAWA, T visas, U visas, and related immigration matters. Most of our clients are Spanish-speaking, and many are navigating stressful or sensitive immigration situations, so this role requires professionalism, compassion, discretion, and strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience handling a broad range of U.S. immigration matters and is comfortable working with both USCIS and EOIR-related cases.
