Bilingual Intake Specialist

We are a staffing company partnered with U.S.-based personal injury law firms, and we're looking for an experienced Intake Specialist to join our growing team. Responsibilities: -Handle inbound calls from prospective clients regarding personal injury matters -Conduct case intake and gather all necessary information accurately -Qualify cases based on firm criteria and determine eligibility -Follow structured intake scripts and maintain control of conversations while demonstrating empathy and professionalism -Complete detailed documentation and case summaries -Guide qualified clients through the electronic signing process -Conduct outbound follow-ups and communicate with leads via phone and text -Coordinate with attorneys and internal teams for case handoffs Requirements: -Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) -Strong customer service and call handling abilities -Experience in high-volume call environments -Ability to multitask, listen actively, and document accurately -Detail-oriented and comfortable following structured processes and scripts -Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills -Reliable computer, stable high-speed internet, and a quiet work environment -Previous experience working in a U.S. Personal Injury law firm -Prior experience as an Intake Specialist or Legal Assistant Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
