Bilingual Italian Female VO + AI Voice Cloning License — Literary Podcast (Perpetual)

I'm producing an intimate literary audio series: a young woman's letters to her mother, read aloud. I need a warm, natural voice for an ongoing series, and I intend to license the voice for AI cloning (ElevenLabs) so I can scale future episodes — so consenting to voice cloning and signing a cloning license in necessary. Voice: Native Italian female, bilingual — reads English fluently with a natural Italian accent. Age range: sounds 24–34. Must pronounce Italian (and a few Portuguese) words correctly. Tone: Tender, intimate, unhurried — like reading a private letter to one person. Restrained, emotional underneath, no performing, no laughter. First job: One letter, ~1,330 words (~12 min finished), with more to follow. Rights: Perpetual, worldwide, podcast/online. Two payments — a performance fee for the read, plus a separate AI cloning license fee (negotiable). Deliverables: WAV/PCM, 44.1 kHz, mono, clean and dry (professional home studio). You'll also complete ElevenLabs' short voice-cloning consent statement. Audition: Please record two short sample lines from the script I provided — one calm, one with quiet emotion.
