Bilingual Junior Recruiter About the Role We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and highly responsible Junior Recruiter to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of recruiting experience who wants to continue developing their career in talent acquisition. Preference will be given to candidates with experience recruiting for logistics, transportation, courier, delivery, warehouse, or last-mile operations. We are seeking someone who is organized, focused, proactive, and committed to achieving hiring goals while maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Responsibilities * Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and other recruiting channels. * Review resumes and identify qualified applicants. * Conduct initial phone and video screenings. * Schedule interviews with hiring managers. * Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers. * Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. * Support the onboarding process when needed. * Assist the recruitment team in meeting weekly hiring targets. * Provide ideas and suggestions to improve recruitment processes and candidate attraction strategies. Requirements *Completed and verified studies in Organizational Psychology, Recruitment, or Human Resources * Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience. * Experience recruiting for logistics, delivery, transportation, warehouse, or related industries is preferred. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently in a remote environment. * Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. * Highly responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented. * Positive attitude and willingness to learn. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. * Spanish and English proficiency is preferred.
