Bilingual (EN/ES/BR) Network & Sales Engineer — Enterprise Wi-Fi / Passpoint Carrier Offload

LongFi Solutions is a wireless solutions company. Our product, LongFi Connect, routes cellular traffic over a business or venue's existing enterprise Wi-Fi using Passpoint / Hotspot 2.0 which improves indoor cell coverage without any new hardware or additional operating expenses. We're looking for a part-time network engineer who can also provide technical support during sales call. This is a blended, hands-on role with room to grow as our deployment volume increases. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Implement LongFi Connect (Passpoint / Hotspot 2.0 configuration) on customer networks across a range of enterprise Wi-Fi platforms - Join sales calls as the technical voice explaining how the Wi-Fi carrier offload works, walk through the architecture, and answer prospect engineering questions in real time - Handle post-sale implementation and onboarding, working through our ticketing / work-order system - Opportunity to provide development support on LongFi Connect alongside our senior lead engineer - We have an experienced team that will provide technical and professional support. PLATFORMS WE WORK ON You don't need to be an expert in all of these, but you should be strong in several and comfortable learning the rest: - Ubiquiti / UniFi - Ruckus - Cisco Meraki - Aruba - Cambium - Fortinet FortiAP - Juniper Mist - Cisco - TP-Link Omada TECHNICAL BACKGROUND WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 3+ years hands-on with enterprise / commercial Wi-Fi deployment and configuration - Working knowledge of RADIUS, 802.1X, EAP, captive portals, and WLAN/RF fundamentals - Passpoint / Hotspot 2.0 or OpenRoaming experience is a strong plus (we'll train the right person on our specifics) - Comfortable configuring controllers and APs across multiple vendor ecosystems - Able to read a network topology and troubleshoot live LANGUAGE & LOCATION - Bilingual Spanish and English is required, you'll be on customer-facing calls in both - Portuguese is a strong plus - Based in Latin America (Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, or similar) THE FIT This suits someone who enjoys the technical work but is also comfortable being customer-facing and explaining things clearly to non-engineers.
