We are an entrepreneurial personal injury law firm on track for aggressive growth and we need a driven, detail-oriented Remote Case Manager to join our team and be a total superstar. You will work directly with the attorney to manage our pre-litigation pipeline, keep cases moving forward, and ensure every client feels supported, informed, and cared for. We want to be known for helping clients come out of an extremely emotional process feeling as though they are in a better position and that they had a team behind them that truly fought for them. We are growing fast and we need someone who can hit the ground running. The ideal candidate takes initiative, works independently without hand-holding, and understands that in personal injury, speed and communication are everything. This is a remote independent contractor position that may quickly grow into a full-time role. Compensation is based on experience with opportunities for increases over time. Responsibilities • Manage active pre-litigation cases from intake through demand submission • Request, track, and follow up on medical records from all treating providers • Prepare and compile settlement demand packages including calculation of special damages • Submit demands to insurance companies and follow up with adjusters • Proactively contact every active client every two weeks during treatment to provide status updates • Return all client calls before end of business day • Coordinate provider referrals and confirm clients are actively in treatment • Track and notate liens and assist with lien reduction letters • Maintain accurate and current case records in Airtable • Update the Trello Kanban board in real time as cases progress • Track all time using Clockify with accurate project and client tagging Qualifications • Prior experience in a personal injury, legal, medical, or administrative role preferred • Strong interpersonal and communication skills especially in high-stakes or emotional situations • Excellent written and spoken English is non-negotiable • Spanish fluency is a strong plus • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload with minimal supervision • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously • Proficient with digital tools such as Airtable, Trello, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms • Available during Central/Eastern Time business hours Monday through Friday • Not currently enrolled in school. This role requires full availability and focus • Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work environment Compensation $7.00 to $11.00 USD per hour based on experience.
