We are seeking a bilingual individual to assist with managing real estate notes and loan officer tasks. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both English and Spanish and have experience with real estate documentation and client communication. Deliverables • Maintain and update records of real estate notes, loan files, and related documents. • Track payments, interest, and balances to ensure accurate and timely updates. • Prepare and review loan documents, payoff statements, and amortization schedules. • Monitor collections and coordinate with accounting for posting and reconciliation. • Assist with note transfers, sales, and servicing tasks as needed. • Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally via email, phone, or chat. • Work with internal teams to resolve issues related to notes and documentation.
