We are looking for a Bilingual PPC & SEO Specialist based in Latin America who is fluent in both Spanish and English and has proven experience managing both Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns while implementing effective SEO strategies. We are a growing home service company based in Texas focused on generating high-quality leads through paid advertising and organic search. The ideal candidate understands lead generation, keyword research, audience targeting, conversion tracking, campaign optimization, and search engine optimization, and can use these skills to increase qualified leads and maximize return on investment. Responsibilities: • Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns. • Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, audiences, keywords, ad creatives, and budgets to maximize ROI across Google Ads and Meta Ads. • Conduct keyword research for both SEO and PPC campaigns. • Develop and implement on-page SEO strategies and recommend technical SEO improvements. • Monitor website rankings, organic traffic, and identify opportunities to improve search visibility. • Track conversions, website traffic, and campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and other analytics tools. • Optimize landing pages and conversion paths to improve lead generation and overall marketing performance. • Prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations for both PPC and SEO initiatives Requirements: • Fluent in both Spanish and English • Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns • Working knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and on-page optimization • Strong understanding of PPC, lead generation, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is a plus • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills • Must be located in: • Central America • South America • Mexico We are open to working with the right candidate.
