Position Summary The Sales Customer Service & Live-Commerce Specialist plays a key role in converting customer enquiries into successful orders while delivering an excellent customer experience throughout the purchasing journey. This position combines customer service, inside sales, social commerce, and live-selling. The successful candidate will engage customers across multiple digital channels, host product live sessions, and contribute directly to sales growth.
