About Us We're Next Estimate, a US-based marketing company. We help fence contractors get more jobs, and we're now expanding to serve Spanish-speaking contractors. That's where you come in. We're a small, founder-run team that moves fast and treats the people we work with well. This is not a faceless call center. You'd work directly with the founder, with real support, real scripts, and real tools behind you. We pay every week, on time, through Upwork. The Role We have a large list of Spanish-speaking contractor leads ready to work, and we need someone who can actually sell to turn them into clients. You'll reach out to these leads by Instagram and Facebook DM and by phone, mostly through short Spanish voice notes, build trust fast, and close them on a simple $248/month service. This is a real sales seat, not data entry or cold appointment setting from scratch. We generate the leads. You work them and close. This is a fast, high-volume sale. At $248/month it's an easy yes, so the game is speed and follow-up, not long drawn-out deals. With a big list and steady leads, there are a lot of chances to close and stack up bonuses. This starts as a paid trial. If you're good, there's a full-time seat behind it. What You'd Do - Work our lead list, newest leads first, by DM and phone/SMS - Send short, warm Spanish voice notes (30 to 45 seconds) - Follow up on a set schedule until you get a yes or a clear no - Handle objections and close the $248/month service - Log every lead and every touch in GoHighLevel (we'll train you if it's new to you) - Send a quick end-of-day summary of what you worked and what closed Who We're Looking For - Native-sounding Mexican Spanish. Our customers are Mexican fence contractors, and they need to trust you instantly. - Real sales ability. You've sold or set appointments by phone or DM and you're comfortable handling objections. - English good enough to communicate with our team (you won't sell in English). - Reliable, self-directed, and quick to respond. - A plus: GoHighLevel experience, a call-center or phone-sales background, or experience selling to small business owners. Hours and Pay - $10 to $18/hour depending on experience, part-time, around 10 to 12 hours per week to start - Plus a $40 bonus for every client you close, paid through Upwork - Paid weekly through Upwork. Everything stays on-platform. - Paid trial for 3 to 4 weeks, with a full-time role for the right person How to Apply Just answer these two quick questions in your proposal: 1.
