Bilingual Social Media Manager – Full-Time, Long-Term Remote Role

We're looking for a social media manager to join our team. If you're at a point where you want to grow inside a company rather than jump from project to project, this could be exactly what you're looking for. - Summary: This is a full-time, long-term position, and since it's a full-time role, we're looking for someone whose focus is on the work during the entire shift. This is ideal for someone who isn't looking to juggle multiple freelance clients at once, but instead wants to focus and grow with one company. If you'd like to take on other clients as well, that's completely fine with us, as long as it's outside of our working hours. You'd be part of our marketing department, working directly with us, joining our weekly team meetings, and genuinely involved in how we move things forward. -Responsibilities and Scope: We're a company with three brands, and your day is divided into clear blocks so you're always focused on one thing at a time: From 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, you'll handle full social media management for Brand A: content, scheduling, and strategy. From 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, you'll do the same for Brand B, with the same full ownership. Whenever time allows between those blocks, you'll also edit one video per week for our third brand; someone else handles posting for that one, so it's just the edit, light and flexible around your other work. The main focus for Brands A and B is Instagram, aiming for at least 2 Reels and 1 feed post (like a carousel) per week for each brand. You'll also post on LinkedIn, the website blog, and email from time to time, plus any other platform you as an expert think would be a great asset to bring in clients. One idea goes a long way here. Something you develop for Instagram naturally becomes a LinkedIn post, a blog entry, and an email campaign, so you're always building on your own work. On a typical day you might be: • Designing posts and Reels for Instagram • Writing scripts and shot lists so our team films the right footage for you to edit • Scheduling LinkedIn content • Publishing a blog post • Editing Reels in CapCut that attract and convert clients (we provide the Pro license) • Designing graphics in Canva (Pro license included) Our brand identities are already built, with logos, fonts, and style all set, but we encourage you to bring your own creativity. You'll have real freedom to design strategies and make them your own within each brand's established look. - Who we're looking for: Experience in social media or digital marketing, portfolio required Proficient with Canva and CapCut Bilingual and fluent in both Spanish and English Organized and reliable, someone whose work we don't have to chase Comfortable managing distinct brand voices within the same day Looking for one long-term, full-time home to grow with - Job Schedule and Pay: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST, with a 30 minute daily break.
