Bilingual (Spanish/English) VA — Call Subcontractor Leads + Run Our ClickUp Pipeline

THESE AREN'T COLD CALLS. EVERY PERSON YOU'LL CALL ALREADY RAISED THEIR HAND. We're Stony Creek Homes, a family-ownedhouse flipping company in the Washington DC area, building since 2009 — single-family homes, boutique condos and historic renovations across DC, Maryland and Virginia. We run Facebook and Instagram ads to recruit subcontractor crews: framers, drywall, roofers, plumbers, electricians and the rest. The ads work. Crews apply every day and tell us their trade, crew size, capacity and insurance status, and they land in our pipeline already scored and sorted. We need someone to call them back fast, in their language, and find out who's real. Most of the crews who apply speak Spanish. That's the one thing about this job we can't work around. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Call and WhatsApp new applicants within 2 business days — the strongest ones same day • Ask a few questions to sort the real crews from the time-wasters • Chase the paperwork: W-9, insurance certificate, workers comp, trade license • Book job-site walks with our superintendent • Keep it all straight in ClickUp • Send a short weekly note on which trades and which ads are actually producing crews WHY YOU MIGHT LIKE THIS ONE • Warm leads only. Nobody hangs up on you for calling out of nowhere — they applied to us. • You won't be thrown in cold. For the first 2 weeks the owner is making these calls himself, so you inherit a script that's already been tested instead of a guess. From week 3 they're yours. • Real company, real work. 17 finished homes you can go look at on our website. • Room to grow. Hours grow with our ad spend, and there's more operations work here than this one pipeline. WHAT YOU NEED • Fluent, comfortable Spanish and English — the way trades actually talk, not textbook • Confidence on the phone with people who are on a roof or in a truck • Enough ClickUp to work in it. Be honest about where you're at — "I've used it but never built one" is a fine answer and won't rule you out • Reliable US Eastern mornings and late afternoons • A quiet space, a headset and good internet. Crews hang up on a bad line. MOST IMPORTANT • A learning mindset. Don't know - thats why youtube, google, and chatgpt exist. CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE IS A BIG BONUS A family business, a supplier, a materials yard, a GC's office, an estimating desk — anything counts. If you already know what a punch list is, what a COI is for, or why a framer cares about the lumber delivery date, say so at the top of your reply. It moves you straight to the front of the line.
